This form is appropriate for the applicant who may desire to take one or more of the courses offered in these programs, but is not enrolling in a full Master's degree or certificate program. 

Note: Non-degree seeking students are limited to a certain amount of credits before being required to fully apply to and enroll in a degree or certificate program. A student must complete the application process, according to their program of interest, in order to be considered for full enrollment.

Official transcripts must be sent directly to Salus University and cannot be accepted from the student, even if in a sealed envelope. Official electronic transcripts are also accepted.

For applicants who received their Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, at a foreign institution, an official foreign credential evaluation verifying this degree is required. We recommend using World Education Services or SpanTran for a credential evaluation.
